[WORSHIP- TO REGARD WITH ARDENT ESTEEM OR DEVOTION] Why would we be satisfied with one drop of water when we could have the entire ocean? Why would we settle for little when we can have it all? If God promises to reward those who seek him, we should take Him up on His offer. We should boldly, purposefully and unashamedly press in to God with deep intensity!
Our mission in the Worship & Fine Arts Ministry is to encounter God, and to see the name of Jesus lifted high. Although music is an important dynamic to worship (and should be done with excellence), we realize that "music is just music" unless we encounter the Living God. Worship is a matter of the heart.
We choose to worship. We choose to press in. We choose to go deeper. |
